Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Olivia made her way to the east coast in 2019. She calls Portland, Maine her home where she enjoys spending time by the water, trying new restaurants and exploring the outdoors with her son, husband and senior dog.

Olivia currently works at M&T Bank as Lead Experience Strategist. Her foundational education from the Savannah College of Art and Design shaped the way she thinks about design. Olivia finds herself engrossed in the details of research and holistic storytelling, and thrives in the ambiguity of discovery phases within service and experience design.

So far, Olivia has collaborated with Ben & Jerry’s, Hitachi, Ford, Diversitech, KinderCare, OliverWyman, New York Life, various federal agencies, non-profits, and more.
